Partnership Disputes

Unfortunately it is inevitable that Partnership disputes can arise. The very nature of a Partnership is one of trust and understanding between the Partners. However when the relationship breaks down and a dispute arises we at Gepp & Sons appreciate the need for practical advice to resolve the dispute with as little disruption to the Partnership and it’s members as possible. Some disputes, however, can not be resolved amicably and in those cases Gepp & Sons have experience of dealing with the dissolution of Partnerships quickly and as cost affectively as possible for all parties concerned.
