Mark joined the commercial department of Gepp and Sons after training with a firm in the City of London where he gained experienced in all areas of property law.

Since joining Gepp and Sons Mark has gained experience in a wide range of non-contentious property and commercial matters and has gained specific expertise in the following:

  • acting in relation to the purchase of high value residential transactions with a particular focus on London based properties. Mark has dealt with complex matters and offers a highly personalised service that provides value.
  • acting for business owners and commercial landlords in the negotiating and granting of leases and other documents such as licences, rent deposit deeds and guarantee agreements providing a comprehensive service ensuring that all work is tailored to the individual client.
  • acting on behalf of various Registered Social Landlords in relation to the acquisition of freehold development sites, set-up and sale of shared-ownership schemes and the drafting of shared-ownership leases.
  • intellectual property law and e-commerce law and acting for clients in copyright and trade mark matters and the drafting of software licences for web based companies.
In his spare time Mark enjoys playing sport particularly golf and cricket, as well as spending time with friends and family.
