Louise Stradling started her training with Gepp & Sons in 1998,was admitted as a Solicitor in 2000,  was made an Associate of the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2007.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Her leisure time is taken up with yoga, badminton, football and cookery.
