Danny Carter began his career in the City of London in 1978, passing Legal Executive and Common Professional exams, and working in the field of probate. In 1988, he joined Gepp & Sons as a Legal Executive, was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990, and made a Partner in 1991.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a founder member and former treasurer of Solicitors for the Elderly, and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
He regularly gives talks to MENCAP, SAFE (Supporting Asperger's Families in Essex) and the Alzheimer's Disease Society.
In his spare time, when he's not fully occupied with his five children, he enjoys rugby and entertaining.
