For small business tenants - £495 plus VAT 
• Suitable for: new leases of a term of 7 years or less; rent of £10,000 pa or less with one review; below stamp duty land tax threshold.
• Proforma report: in plain English confirming tenant; term; break clauses; rent; rent review terms; deposit; premises and rights; exceptions; and, ability to assign and sub-let.
• Will not include: investigation of superior title (including any headlease); any searches or preliminary enquiries; or negotiation of lease terms.
• 5 working day turn round time: can be fast tracked to 48 hours for an additional fee of £195 plus VAT.

For small business landlords - £495 plus VAT
• Suitable for: new leases of a term of 7 years or less; and, rent of £10,000 pa or less with one review.
• Simple form lease: using Law Society Business Lease template with plan supplied by client.
• Proforma guidance notes on lease
• Will not include: investigation of superior title (including any headlease); application for mortgage lender or other consents; investigation of planning; or negotiation of lease terms.
• 5 working day turn round time: can be fast tracked to 48 hours for an additional fee of £195 plus VAT.
