Step 1 provides you with a health check, examining your existing employee procedures and policy documentation, and providing new policies where appropriate
Step 2 gives you the peace of mind of a Legal Surgery to be used at your discretion. Options of monthly, one or three, hour surgeries are available.
Step 3 provides employment practice liability insurance against many of the costs involved in the event of a claim by an employee (or ex employee)
