Gepp & Sons criminal department is renowned both inside and outside our County. Its reputation is acknowledged by independent observers, both from within and without the profession. Our experience is enormous. The Department is constantly involved in major criminal investigations and litigation throughout the United Kingdom. All clients, whether they be charged with the most high profile murder or highly complex commercial fraud, or whether they be charged in the Magistrates Court, are treated with equal dignity and care in what clearly can be the most stressful of times.
We offer our clients a complete service from the moment or likelihood of arrest, through to representation at the Police Station and in all courts beyond. There is personal attention to clients throughout the whole range of all courts. Frequently a team of lawyers will work together providing a complete service, bringing in carefully selected and trusted and experienced members of the Bar to work as an integral part of that team where necessary.
The criminal law is constantly changing. Each of the solicitors is thoroughly conversant with the continuous change. A number of practitioners are involved in the teaching of specialist areas of law to other practitioners.
